Logitech G703 Mouse not charging on Powerplay Mouse pad.

I've had the product for over 2 years now with never any issues, always reccomended Logitech products to my friends, but now for some reason the mouse is no longer charging on the powerplay mouse pad anymore? Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
