S.P.D. Emergency! Shadow Ranger

One step closer to finishing my S.P.D. Collection. I love this figure so much despite it being painted really poorly, I think it's my most expensive Lightning Collection figure too

Also, I accidentally broke his hand. Is there any way to fix it?
