Can't access Cydia because of this error.

So I wanted to jailbreak my iPhone 5 using H3lix and after I sideload it to my iPhone 5 and run the jailbreak, the moment I opened Cydia, this error pops up. I click reload but still it won't let me access Cydia. No matter how many times I tried to get it open and reload it, it won't let me. I was connected to my WiFi Router and I don't even know what caused this problem. Any fixes on how to overcome this problem? Any helps are appreciated. Thank you!
