I'm really liking my 77" C4 but...

I'm noticing the built in apps aren't working great for me. It seems like the quality frequently drops off of 4k and moving around in apps takes forever. Thought it could be a Wi-Fi issue but when I switch to streaming off my Xbox it works great. Anyone else having this issue?
