How can I get a stone to pass?

CT scan came back, I have a "Nonobstructing right renal calculi measuring up to 3 mm.". Right at the end the report says 4mm tops tho.

I'm not experiencing any discomfort as of now but I've got every plant and herb I've heard about, and Flomax too lol. I'll try make it come down ASAP before it grows but I know it's not as easy as that and might take a long time. Any recommendations for passing baby's first kidney stone?
