Tips for 24 hour passing?

Hi all - I’m trying to pass a 3mm on my right side that I think has just entered my ureter. I have intermittent sharper pain on my right flank, GI issues, and some occasional bladder pressure.

If anyone has any tips that could help me pass it as soon as possible, I’d appreciate it :) I’m going on a trip out of the country on Friday morning and really would like to avoid dealing with it. I’ve asked my urologist for Toradol and FloMax to take with me so I can mitigate anything with those. I also have a massage gun and heating pad.
