What are your thoughts on the rights of Kashmiri Pandits?

According to various studies published the Kashmiri Pandits have been living in the Kashmir Valley for nearly 5000 years, the same papers also call them natives of the land, here is an article claiming the same.

Also do you believe that what happened with them was a genocide as:
