Attic insulation?

Hello r/insulation this is the half finished attic in my 1920s colonial, one side of the attic has bats on the ceiling and it looks like some under the boards in there. The other side has north but foam boards on the interior walls. What should I be doing differently. My oil bills have been kicking my ass this year. What can I do to make this space more efficient and beat the stack effect
