Questions on IIM Rohtak

I've heard a lot of things about iim Rohtak, like it's chairman being a criminal, weird yoga rules, bad administration etc etc. Can anyone explain/verify these rumours?

Should I apply for iim Rohtak considering that my 10th marks are 90.6, (hoping for something similar in 12th)? (money is not a constraint for me).

Would really appreciate anyone sharing their experience with iim Rohtak or discuss things about iim Rohtak in general:)
