Should I complete the pantheons with all bindings at once?

If I complete all the bindings seperatly will I get anything different? And how much harder is it then beating every boss Radient (which I have almost done only the bosses in P5 left go to)? Personally im not very good at the pantheons and I dont think i could beat boses like Oro and Mato with all 4 bindings equiped (I found them harder then NKG in a werid way, especailly radient). So should i bother doing it all bindings at once or just do it seperatly?
