Why is everyone only doing eradicate swarm mission?

I hop on the game, hit quick play, and 9 times out of 10 it’s eradicate. When the mission is done the host leaves the operation and selects another eradicate mission? Is there some sort of meta reason I’m not aware, or did everyone unanimously decide it is the only game mode they will play? I’m a bit confused
