Sony XM5 replacement

Hello! Recently I had my Sony XM5’s stolen from the gym. Huge bummer. At any rate, I would like to replace them with something new. I am looking for something with Bluetooth, over the ear, noise cancelling, the ability to talk on the phone with a built in mic, and a decent battery life. If I should turn around and buy another pair of XM5’s, I will. Just looking for input.

If it helps, I mainly use my headphones for music, watching videos, and joining voice calls. I’m not a dedicated audiophile but I like when stuff sounds good.

I would like to not exceed a price of $200. However if you guys have a super wonderful suggestion for $210, I’m willing to spend more as well.

I’ll add that I have the ability to purchase used XM4’s for $140 from a friend but I am unsure if that is the smart choice.
