Decompressing

Does anyone else like to sit in their car after working a busy day to decompress before going home and actually enjoy that alone time?!

I tend to do this randomly when you see it from outside perspective.. but I really enjoy it and the time I spend varies depending on how I feel that day, how stressful the shift was or if I'm physically exhausted and sometimes it even happens when I am in a great mood and just want to catch up on emails, texts, voicemails or social media!

And don't worry, my life outside work is actually better than I have had in the past and more than I could ask for. I feel blessed or lucky!.. it's just sometimes, I feel like I need to decompress whether it was a good or bad day.

I'm wondering if people out there, that doesn't really have "a reason" to decompress actually enjoy doing it anyways? I do feel slightly bad about enjoying it.. is it so wrong?

EDIT: if it looks busy in the parking lot where people are having to make many circles through to find a spot, i will decompress in my garage instead.
