What’s one customer that you’ll never forget? Good or bad?

I’ll start, (Sweet story) when I worked Texas backyard a customer came up to me and asked about what he could do to remodel his backyard because he wanted to have a white arch’s way with plants vining on it. He showed me a picture of his backyard and I told him he should go for the hibiscus and plant them on both sides so that they can vine upwards and when they do the hibiscus will make it beautiful. He was intrigued and bought two hibiscus plants and went on his day.

3 months later he comes up to me “hey you remember me! You helped me plan how I was gonna do my archway in my backyard! I came here so that I can show you the photos of how they look now!” He showed me the photos and my god, I was stunned I didn’t think it would look THAT beautiful. He told me if it wasn’t for you it wouldn’t have looked like this so I just wanted to come today hoping you were here to say thank you.
