Can you get a black wolf as a pet ?

Is there any way to get a black wolf as a ranger pet like garm, or is it reserved to Eir ?

because for now the only wolf i've found is the white one you get as norn and apparently there's also a brown wolf you can get in WvW ?

so are those the only two options for wolves pet ?
