Trying to decide between base s23 or iPhone 14

I’m able to get a s23 in good condition for $400 Canadian and the cheapest I can get the base iPhone 14 is $500. I’m currently on the iPhone 11 and my phone before this was a much older iPhone I’ve had the 11 for a few years and want to finally upgrade. Any input?
