Is the MonsterVerse part of the reiwa era?

I always thought they where different but honestly never knew why, the best reason people really have is that it’s a different continuity from the reiwa films so there not the same era(flimsy logic but whatever). However during the 70th anniversary there where several times where the MonsterVerse was referred to when talking about reiwa era projects. And it confused me a little bit, is it part of the reiwa era but we just separate it for the sake of simplicity? Or is it actually different era and Toho pretty much just referred to the MonsterVerse as part of the reiwa era for the same reason Zilla 98 got to become Godzilla again for a little bit.
