Which is your favorite incarnation of the King of the Monsters and why? (It doesn't even have to be from your favorite film, just the monster himself.)

For me it will always be MV Godzilla because he embodies all the best qualities of the character across all eras. Destructive but not wrathful, protective but not overtly heroic, and he is the most godlike Godzilla to date instead of just a giant rageful animal.
