Does anyone have NERD?

Hi, does anyone have NERD? I don't see too many posts on this and want to connect with people that have this condition.

I also have small sliding hiatus hernia.

Doctors have me on 15mg ppi daily. I want to get off this as I am experiencing side effects. Would Zantac be a better option?
