Flipkart VIP renew

My vip membership ended few days back and since then I'm trying to renew it and there's no option popping up. I'm unable to renew it and customer care is also not helpful.

Has anyone faced this issue or is it just for me? I've seen my friend's account, he's able to buy ( Not a member since beginning), but no option for me to renew...

Can anyone help what should i do?
