7 months difference. From 77kgs to 63kgs. Hu
From 77kg down to 63kg in 7 months. Though I have been training for almost 10 years now, this is the first time in my life that i got to this low BF% and the first time i have such prominently visible abs.
Little background of the things i do -
I haven’t been doing bodybuilding work at all for many years now. (more or less 3 years).
This is the physique I got from playing multiple sports - Olympic Weightlifting (main sport), Downhill Longboarding, Bouldering, Long Distance Running, Dancing (not a sport, i know), these are sports i do at least once every week.
Weekly Schedule - Olympic lifting - 4 times a week (Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday) Longboarding - Once or Twice a week (Wednesday and/or Saturday) Climbing - Once a week (Tuesdays or Saturday) Dancing - Once a week (Sat or Sunday) Running - Twice/Thrice a week (Whenever i get the time early morning)
I play a few more sports but that i either do occasionally whenever i can (pickleball, volleyball, trekking) or seasonally (snowboarding, surfing). Hoping to expand this list even more soon.
I am happy with my current weight. i don’t wish to gain size and neither do I want to lose weight right now. I lost 12kgs in the 6-7 months(currently at 63kg bodyweight) because i wanted to do adventure sports and that requires less size and generally a leaner physique is better for it.
