I read somewhere that when there's a person in a calorie surplus, their stomach comes out first, though they look heavy because they do the gym or whatever exercise regularly. See as a reference to those who do Akhada (अखाड़ा) i mean those who plays it see them nearly more than 85% have tummy but also at the same time their upper half looks massive and even bottom. So to avoid this must have to do ? Stomach exercise ? Or something else ? If Stomach exercise works then why they can't do ?
