I cannot upload ads on Facebook anymore.

Hi people, I truly appreciate if someone can help me with this:

So, we had a campaign on Facebook 3 weeks ago, but my employers decided to change the credit card mid-campaign without telling me, so Facebook thought this change of credit card was weird, and they closed the ability to upload ad campaigns through our account. I've tried to call a lot of times but apparently they only have bots for technical support, and it's difficult to explain to the bots this situation. I understand why Facebook though the activity of changing the payment method was suspicious, I do, I just want to be able to use this feature again. In fact, we have some amount due to pay and we would like to do that but we're unable to. Do you have any advice for a situation like this?
