Early-stage founder here, trying to build my MVP on a budget, and I’m looking into offshore developers. I know this can be a hit-or-miss thing depending on where you hire from, so I want to get it right from the start.

I’ve heard mixed things about different countries. For those who’ve actually hired offshore devs, where did you have the best experience?

Are certain regions better for specific types of development, like front-end vs. back-end? And how do you balance cost versus quality without ending up with a disaster?
