From your experience, what are the most important keywords for a Voltron commander?

I wanna build a voltron deck but i'm lost with so many options, cant decide a pth to take. Im in for a bant/azorius/selesnya deck, but theres do many options leading to different needs inside the deck that im going crazy.

From your perspective and experience, whats the most optimal keyword(s) i should be looking for when choosing a commander for multiplayer?
