Any quiet places to learn how to drive?

I’m planning on taking my daughter out so she can get some practice between lessons. I’m not too comfortable bringing her on public roads without dual brakes in the car.

Any suggestions for somewhere in North County Dublin (preferably in or near Swords) that there’s a good chance we won’t see another car on the road?
