Trouble playing ranked online?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem to mine and hopefully found a solution for it!!! Basically, what would happen is, i would be able to join a ranked/online game but right before we fight (after the dialogues of each character) it would kick me out and say "communication with server error".
