Why am I receiving bad ratings???

So for context. I used to do DoorDash in another state. I did roughly 1000 deliveries total in that state and NEVER not a single time got a rating below 5 star. Been delivering in a new state about a month and done roughly 400 deliveries and these are my ratings now… nothing has changed with my service, I’m still fast, responsive, very friendly and always handle the food with care and follow instructions closely. Nothing has changed.. it’s quite frustrating I’m getting bad ratings for literally doing nothing wrong, at all. Are people really just that pathetic? That they get satisfaction out of badly rating drivers for absolutely no reason? Or because maybe the place they ordered from forget something? I just don’t get it tbh.. I take my work very seriously in whatever I do, anything short of perfect drives me insane.
