Is this infinite stacking?

There isn't a cap but what I'm not sure is if this is per turn or if they're just stacking every turn over the course of the fight? I think the new EZA monkey boys and God duo are doing the same thing but have a cap and I believe they aren't restricted to just the turn but I may be wrong.
