Do the new fights reduce the chance to dodge?????

Hiru never let me down since he came out, but he has consistently not dodged in the past 5 runs in the 10th anniversary fight.. in general the dodge or die units just seem to not dodge in the new fights… am I the only one that’s experiencing this right now?
