How many people still play Havoc?

I am asking because I find it hard to get a game going. I played it once when it released and got to lvl 16. Then I took a break and wanted to pick it up again today, but it feels impossible to get into a game. Either I try to host and nobody joins, or I try to join a party (and then there are only ever +- 3 parties available), only to instantly get rejected. I dont even know if I am doing something wrong, I have the hard mode twins charm and A.S.S. title with "meta" loadouts. Is it because most of my characters only have true levels of 50-60? Do the people hosting matchmaking hope some 500 will carry them?
