[PA] - Ex Bought Our 6yo a Smartphone

Personally I don't see a need for a child this young to have access to one, especially a fully-loaded one. It's not at my house during custody scheduled time, and I wouldn't let it be used anyway.

I'm going to reach out and ask my ex what the purpose and functionality of the phone is. She refuses to co-parent at all, so I know she'll most likely ignore my messages.

My question is, as I'm currently requesting a change to our custody schedule is this something I can ask for restrictions until a certain age (agreed to by us, or a judge)?
