Grant Flower had a Test strike rate of 34.52 scoring almost 3500 runs from 1992 to 2004. He scored 6 Test centuries including a double century in an innings defeat of Pakistan.

Which other batsmen (those who batted mainly from positions 1-7) had a strike rate that low while debuting in the 1990s and having batted at least 30 innings?

Per past posts here apparently Boycott batted at below 40 and Border at about 41 but they're from altogether different eras and 40 is still well clear of 34.

I haven't watched him play live as I only got into cricket from the 2004 Indo Pak series onwards (with vague memories of the 2003 WC). Was he always known as a batsman to tire out the opposition bowling?
