Misleading cashback/reward calculations

What's common is that their misleading cashback promotions.

Park+ claims 10% upto rs50 and then when you go in further detail, it is capped to ₹20.

Similarly, mobikwik claims to give 1% upto 40 or 50 but only giving 25 or 40. I don't have this on Screenshot but many of us have experienced it..

Off late there has been surge in these misleading (almost bordering on fraudulent) practices.

Can you list more platforms indulging in misleading scams?

And more importantly can we take them to the cleaners and report them to some regulatory authority?
