HDFC credit card rejection

Hi Everyone,

I had only HDFC millennia which I have been using for around 3 years and I have my salary account with HDFC for more than 7 years. I have a credit score of 800+ with no history of payment default or high utilisation any point in my credit history. I applied for Rupay Pixel play credit card as it was mentioned as LTF in payzapp & I missed the window in December when Rupay Tata Neu Infinity was free for a lot of people. The application got rejected & when I escalated it, they asked to share the latest payslips but after I shared it, I still see the status as declined. I had sent out a mail to my RM asking for the explanation & to process it further yesterday. Can someone give me the next steps on how to deal with this situation & who to reach out to so I can get the card & any suggestions on negotiating this situation to get some good deal for myself.

TLDR: Applied for HDFC credit card & got rejected, need to know what can I do to escalate & get something good in return.
