Smartbuy redemption - urgent

I got a milestone benefit on regalia gold - 5000 rupees voucher for smartbuy.

However, I’m not able to redeem it after selecting the flight and going to the payment page. Says invalid code. Has anyone ever redeemed their smartbuy voucher?
