Is the Amex green card worth it?

Hi,

I am currently a college student (18) and I was approved for the Amex green card. I am looking to get an Amex card and was wondering if it would be worth it. I travel within the US a good amount (15-20 flights) and I am looking to book a solo trip to Asia soon this summer as well as possibly other international trips. I currently have two airline cards and a chase freedom unlimited so would getting this be too much?
