Would you hire Home Depot for countertops?

I am not expert in this field, so asking from experts to learn more:
We are doing a remodel, and the other day at HD I noticed they have counter-top material (Quartz, Porcelain, etc.), but they only sell full-service (material and installation).
Would you contract w/ HD for kitchen counter-tops (or for that matter, cabinets)? ... if not, why not? .. specifically, how would they screw it up?
