Herpes or impetigo?

I got my lips blushed for the first time a couple days ago and this is how they look now. I’ve never had this happen to my lips before. Doctors gave me acyclovir, mupirocin, and prednisone. I’m not sure which medication will be most affective. They said it looks like impetigo but another doctor said cold sore. Please help!
