Deluxe/founders editions and wonders

Some wonders are exclusive for the deluxe and founders editions. Does anybody know how that will work in multiplayer?
Will only the host need to have them for everybody to be able to build these wonders?
Does everybody have to have the required editions for these wonders to be buildable by anybody?
Otherwise this is problematic.

Fundamentally this seems like a bad idea anyway. Leaders and civilizations is probably the limit on what you can reasonably put behind higher tier editions if you take multiplayer into consideration.
