Chumba said my requests are on hold until account verification, already verified my account though

I'm super confused, I emailed chumba about my envelopes and they replied and said they received them but they're on hold until I complete account verification.. which I've already had done for literally months now and have cashed out many times. Under my account and then account verification it says I'm verified so what now??
