What Charcuterie Items Would You Put on a Salad?

I'm making a charcuterie & crudities table for my wedding reception! I'll also be serving bbq and salad. By the salad greens, I'll put a sign saying to customize your salad with items from the charcuterie table. If you saw this sign, would you take advantage of the idea, and what toppings would hope to see to put on your salad? I'll be having all the usual mid-range meats, cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, pickled things, spreads, berries, finger veggies, crackers, and breads. Most cheeses and all the meats will be already cut or sliced for ease of serving.
