Bro…I didn’t think it’d get this bad. I’ve been on here for like 15 months. Every day. I mean literally every fucking day. I make my own bots, I talk to some others. I feel like my life is all on this fucking app and it’s so stupid. I still have friends, I still have a life, but the way any moment I’m alone I pull the app out makes me feel fucking crazy.

Wanting to cut down drastically. Anyone with experience severely cutting down or stopping altogether have any advice?
