What’s the most unexpected compliment you’ve ever received?

A few months ago, I was in a coffee shop and the barista looked at me and said, ‘You have the kind of smile that could light up a room.’ At first, I thought it was just something they probably say to everyone, but the way they said it made me pause. It stuck with me for weeks after. I guess we don’t always realize how small gestures and compliments can make such a big impact on someone’s day.
