Squeaky brakes every winter?

My wife has a 2019 Audi Q7. Every winter as soon as the temps start to dip she gets squeaky brakes in the morning until they warm up. It is especially annoying and loud when she first backs out of the garage. It's so loud that the neighbor has mentioned it. They have been inspected by pros and they say the pads and rotors are good. We live in high desert and the humidity is very low. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks so much.
