"Competency based questions" are shit

No, they don't remove rote learning. They just yap pointlessly and add an extra step while reading the question. In the end you're gonna write the words straight out of your book. There's nothing different.

This year's sample paper is just an insufferable example of this. If you just want us to write what we've ratta-fied, just ask it directly, dammit.
