Mother cat refuses to feed her kittens

My cat gave birth and has not been looking after them.. she growls whenever she's near them and refuses to nurse them. What should I do? This is her third time being a mother, her first kittens were attacked by my neighbour's male cat. Second kittens batch, 4 kittens, 2 unfortunately died again to the same male cat, but 2 are still living with me, thankfully though the male cat wont be an issue anymore. Now currently her 3 batch of kittens were born today and she refused to even be present in the same room with them. They have not eaten anything since birth and I'm worried.
