Which city would you recommend me to visit? São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro?

I really want to visit Brazil one day. One of the main things I want to do is try Brazilian food like Feijoada and Churrasco. I want to go to a Brazilian steakhouse in Brazil. I also want to do sightseeing as well. Which city do you think would be better for trying Brazilian cuisine and sightseeing? Which city has better Brazilian steakhouses, São Paulo or Rio De Janeiro?
