Is this a cholazion or stye?

My first encounter with anything like this.

Was told by my doc to give it 3 weeks with warm compress…I’m on day 12 and it’s progressed to this. Doctor thinks it’s a stye but won’t say anything conclusive until 3 week mark. Isn’t that a bit long? There’s something in the inside of my eyelid where the bump is too - but the outer bump is where I feel slight irritation.

I ordered the we love eyes eye roller today because I’ve had a tough time trying to massage this area.

Any other suggestions?
