Can Jugram's balance consider the affects of kyokasuigetsu misfortune and redirect it towards Aizen, can ishida's antithesis be able to reverse the events done by kyokasuigetsu?

Or kyokasuigetsu can twist and change their perception of misfortune and the event happened and even if they might able to do something but Kyokasuigetsu can affect the events simply with complete hypnosis.
